		<description><![CDATA[The birth ball was one of the few things I used in labor, and it got me through some strong contractions until Carey arrived.  I was wishing I had taken more time to practice those HypBirth CD&#039;s Carey had let me borrow (it didn&#039;t work because I didn&#039;t practice), but it turned out fine anyway.  Maybe next time.
